CANCELLATION REQUEST DEADLINE AND POLICY

Please note that in order for your cancellation request to be processed within the same month, it must be submitted by the 15th of the month. Any requests received after the 15th will result in cancellation effective the following month. Additionally, a minimum of two months of successful billing is required before a cancellation request can be considered.
