Official Sacramento Release: Rare Champagne 2012 “Ode to Joy”

Join us at Fizz for the Official Sacramento release of Rare Champagne 2012, Ode to Joy — a vintage of extraordinary elegance and depth, released two full years after the 2013, underscoring its remarkable structure and patience.

The evening begins with a welcome glass of Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée 1785 and an amuse-bouche, followed by a three-course dinner paired with three exceptional vintages from Rare Champagne:
• 2012 Ode to Joy
• 2013 Brut
• 2014 Rosé

We are honored to welcome Jonathan Boulangeat, National Brand Ambassador for Rare Champagne, who will be flying in to host the evening.
