At Fizz Champagne & Bubbles Bar, our events are carefully curated to provide a unique and memorable experience. Please note that all ticket purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Below are specific circumstances under which exceptions to this policy may be considered.

Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable. We encourage our guests to review their selections carefully before completing their purchase to ensure all details are correct.

Purchase at Incorrect Location: If a ticket is purchased for the wrong location, the customer must repurchase the ticket at the correct location before a refund for the original purchase can be processed. This ensures that reservations are correctly accounted for at the desired venue.

Location-Specific Pricing: Be aware that ticket prices may vary by location. Verify that you are purchasing for the correct location to avoid any issues as tickets will be non-refundable if you purchase at the wrong location and decide not to re-purchase at the other location because of a difference in price

Health-Related Issues: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to health-related issues, including illness like the flu or COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding regarding the preparation and planning involved in our events.

Dietary Restrictions: Fizz accommodates vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian diets. If you are pescatarian, you may receive the vegetarian option instead of a seafood option. Please notify us at least one week in advance if you have specific dietary restrictions. We strive to ensure all guests enjoy a tailored dining experience that meets their dietary needs.

Unexpected Travel: Tickets are non-refundable due to unexpected travel needs which could include but not limited by work or mandatory work, etc.. We recommend transferring your ticket to another individual if you are unable to attend.

Pregnancy: If alcohol consumption is an issue due to pregnancy, tickets can be transferred to another name, or non-alcoholic options can be provided. This adjustment does not affect the pricing of the event.
