Card on File and Gratuity Policy

Using Card on File: When a club member opts to use their card on file to settle their bill

1. An Automatic 20% gratuity is added to the total charge.
2. Before charging, members will be shown an itemized receipt including all charges and the applied 20% gratuity. This ensures transparency and allows members to review their total bill, including the fixed gratuity.

Choosing Not to Use Card on File: If a member chooses not to use their card on file

1. They will be provided with a printed itemized receipt that includes a suggested gratuity amount.
2. The gratuity is discretionary; members can adjust this amount based on their satisfaction.
3. Payment will be processed via a physical card that the member provides at the time of payment.

Receipt and Itemization:

• Members will receive a detailed itemized receipt in both scenarios to ensure clarity on the charges and gratuity applied.
• The itemization will appear on both the digital and physical receipt when paying via a physical card, but only on the physical receipt when using the card on file.
