Membership Terms & Conditions
Once joining the club, you must complete a minimum of THREE (3) fulfillments before a cancellation will be processed.
Cancellation must be done 30 days before club week is processed, online via www.fizzinsac.com/cancel, www.fizzchampagneclub.com/cancel or www.fizzwalnutcreek.com/cancel.
Upon cancellation, you have have 30 days to pick up your club order(s) or it can be shipped to you at your expense, upon request. Failure to pickup within 30 days of cancellation, bottles may be returned to inventory.
Cancellation of a private dining room reservation WITHOUT 48 hours notice, will incur a $50 cancellation fee to your card on file.
Pre-paid memberships automatically renew using the card on file. If you need to update your payment method or do not wish to renew, please contact us at least two weeks before your renewal date.
Please note: Pre-paid memberships are non-refundable.
Complimentary Flights are offered when picking up club bottles and cannot be rolled over. Aficionado members will receive 2 flights, Signature members will receive 2 flights, Connoisseur members will receive 2 flights, Reserve members will receive 4 flights, and Baller members will receive 6 flights. A maximum of 1 flight per 1 person will be enforced at all times.
We encourage you to pick up your bottles within 30 days of club release for that given month. After 30 days we cannot guarantee that particular club bottle, however we will substitute it with a sparkling or champagne of equal or greater value. If you have three (3) or more unclaimed club orders, you will have 30 days from the date of your most recent order to either pick up or arrange shipping. Without prior arrangements, bottles left unclaimed after 90 days will be returned to inventory.
You may place your membership on hold for up to 6 months. Any memberships without a given hold end date will automatically resume at 6 months.
If you request shipping and Fizz ships your bottles and the bottles are then returned to us, there will be a $15 restocking fee.
Please note that our shipping occurs once monthly, specifically on the Wednesday following club week. Should you wish to include additional orders with your monthly shipment, kindly request this prior to the scheduled shipping date.
Event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another name with 24 hour notice.
Trip deposits and payments are non-refundable.
