First time customizing your club order? Here’s How to Do It.
Once joining the club, you will need to pay for a minimum of two fulfillments before a cancellation will be processed.
Cancellation Cancellation must be done by the 15th of the month online via www.fizzinsac.com/cancel. Upon cancellation, you have have 30 days to pick up your club order(s) or it can be shipped to you at your expense, upon request. Failure to pickup within 30 days of cancellation, bottles may be forfeited.
Cancellation of a private dining room reservation WITHOUT 48 hours notice, will incur a $50 cancellation fee to your card on file.
Pre-paid
memberships are not eligible for refunds.
Complimentary Flights are offered once during club week each month or when picking up club bottles and cannot be rolled over.
Aficionado members will receive 2 flights, Connoisseur members will receive 2 flights, Reserve members will receive 4 flights, and Baller members will receive 6 flights. A maximum of 1 flight per 1 person will be enforced at all times.
We encourage you to pick up your bottles within 30 days of club release for that given month. After 30 days we cannot guarantee that particular club bottle, however we will substitute it with a sparkling or champagne of equal or greater value.
You may place your membership on hold for up to 6 months for a monthly $5 fee.
If you request shipping and Fizz ships your bottles and the bottles are then returned to us, there will be a $15 restocking fee.
Event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another name.
Trip deposits and payments are non-refundable.
