Can I skip a month of champagne shipments?


  Yes, you have the flexibility to skip a month of champagne shipments. Just let us know at least 10 days before your next scheduled shipment, and we'll ensure no bottles are sent for that month.


What is the process for canceling my club membership?


  We'd be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership, please contact our Champagne Concierge at info@fizzinsac.com, and they will assist you with the cancellation process.



Can I change my champagne preferences or upgrade my membership level?


  Absolutely! You can update your champagne preferences or upgrade your membership level at any time by logging into the Club Member Portal and making the desired changes in the "My Account" section.



Do I get exclusive access to events and promotions as a club member?


  Yes, as a valued club member, you will receive exclusive access to member-only events, special promotions, and discounts on featured bottles and events throughout the year.

How often will I receive champagne shipments as a club member?


  As a club member, you will receive a shipment of carefully curated champagnes every month, delivered directly to your doorstep or available to pick up at our Sacramento & Walnut Creek Locations.



Can I customize my monthly champagne shipment?


  Yes! Our expert sommelier selects a delightful assortment of club bottles each month to cater to a range of preferences in each shipment. Members at any level can purchase additional club bottles from any level at a special club member only price.



What if I'm not available to receive my champagne shipment?


  No worries! We offer the option to have your shipment held for pickup at one of our Fizz locations, or you can reschedule delivery to a more convenient time with 48hrs notice.
